Our company

The Ministry of Public Works awarded the consortium “Consorcio Aeropuertos Asociados” comprise by A PORT Chile S.A. and APORT S.A. the concession of the public work named “Aeropuerto Diego Aracena de Iquique” through the issuance of the N°82 Official Act published last July 24, 2017.

On November 13, 2017, both companies established the SPV “Sociedad Concesionaria Aeropuerto Diego Aracena S.A.”. The SPV purpose will be the execution, maintenance, repairs and exploitation of the aforesaid public work, through the Concessions System, providing and exploiting both the aeronautical and non-aeronautical services and related ancillaries and rental revenues of the public work in concession and the areas and services to be argeed.
